ITCG provides enterprise IT services including but not limited to cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, backup and disaster recovery, ESG tooling, and IT consulting. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement are set out in a separate written agreement or statement of work ("SOW") executed between ITCG and the client. In the event of any conflict, the SOW prevails over these Terms.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use this website or our services to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Transmit unlawful, harmful, or deceptive content.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our systems.
• Attempt unauthorised access to any system, network, or data.
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of ITCG or any third party.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and software, is the property of ITCG or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States. Any dispute shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Detroit, Michigan under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

ITCG reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page with an updated effective date.
